MDF y MADERA

What can we manufacture?

MOLDINGS. Send us a plan of a molding, and we will manufacture it for you

MDF and wood moldings.
Covered in paper and wood veneer.
We cut to size and machine the parts according to your needs.
Dining room door frames: for glass display case or wooden board.
Cabinet door frames.
Legs for dining tables, center tables, side tables…
Bed benches.
Wooden skirting boards.
Varnished with water-based, polyurethane and acrylic products.

ALUMINUM

What can we manufacture?

Based on the PLAN, we manufacture:

Frames for glass doors – ASSEMBLED or DISASSEMBLED
Frames for cabinet doors. -ASSEMBLED or DISASSEMBLED
Guides for sliding door wardrobes
door handles
Any aluminum part that requires machining
WE COVER any profile with paper or wood veneer.
VARNISHING of the profiles.

We have aluminum profiles with our own matrix. In any case, the client can provide us with the profile, and we will machine it according to their needs.

We can supply the doors with glass included, or it can be provided by the client.

If it is necessary to install ceiling panels, they will be supplied by the client.

STAINLESS STEEL

We manufacture parts based on the client’s drawing, always with standard profiles.

What can we manufacture in polyurethane?

We cover the polyurethane strips in paper.
We machine parts according to the drawing provided by the client.
It can also be varnished.

THE PROFILE WILL ALWAYS BE PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER.

FOAMED PVC

Sermoble decorative panels are strips of MDF or melamine, covered in veneer or paper. We have some standard models, but we can make an exclusive model for you.
